Watch the Six Nations 2022 Streams Online

The Six Nations is one of the main events in the rugby calendar year. Nothing brings us out of winter and into the spring better than watching the six best rugby nations in the Northern Hemisphere battle it out for the famous trophy.

Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales, France and Italy will take part in a round-robin style competition. Each team will play each other once in tightly contested physically draining 80 minute battles. Over the years there have been some amazing matches played out in front of thousands of fans packed into the stadiums cheering and singing to spur their team on.

Who won the 2021 Six Nations?

The 2021 Six Nations was a tournament like no other. Particularly as there were sadly no supporters allows into the stadiums due to Covid-19. With these spectacular amphitheatres now empty and silent with the exception of noises of bodies battering into each other, the supporters watched at home. And although many fans were sceptical over how the tournament would play out with no fans in the stadiums, they were treated a feast of rugby and nail biting games throughout the duration of the tournament.

The addition of the bonus point scoring system has meant that the league table remains very tight throughout the tournament. Teams are awarded 4 points for a win and if they score 4 or more tries, they are awarded an extra bonus point. If a team loses by less than 8 points then they will also be awarded a losing bonus point.

Thanks to the point system, this meant that the 2021 tournament went down to the wire and Wales winning the tournament in dramatic style on the last day as France lost out to Scotland in Paris.

You can stream all the highlights from the 2021 Six Nations with the Guinness Six Nations YouTube Channel.

Scotland also managed to beat England at Twickenham for the first time since 1983. The famous victory sent shockwaves through the tournament as England are usually seen as one of the favourites. Losing on the first weekend and then getting trounced in Wales in their 3rd game ended their hopes of winning the title.
